Can't login to the New Era Trader web site?

That's an easy fix.  In the login area under 'Forgot login' request a Password Reset.  If problems still occur, send an email to Support@NewEraTrader.com and we'll help you.

Why Can't I Complete a Purchase? Why Can't I Complete a Purchase?


If our online purchase software doesn't allow you to complete a transaction the following reasons may be the cause:

  1. Course purchase requirement - some products/services have prerequisites; check the purchase page for details and/or contact New Era Trader Support.
  2. Not logged in - simply login and verify that you are logged in.
  3. Duplicate purchase - many plans prevent the user from creating a secondary active purchase; if you do indeed plan to purchase a secondary product then please contact New Era Trader Support.
  4. Missing parent purchase plan - some purchase plans require the purchase of other 'parent' plans; check the purchase page for details and/or contact New Era Trader Support.
