Due to regulatory trading requirements by CFTC and others, New Era Traders do not offer performance track records since no single account or student takes all the trades suggested. To meet regulatory requirements, every trade must be taken, recorded and available for regulatory review otherwise results are hypothetical and not acceptable by regulatory agencies.
Each trader has different objectives, risk tolerance and is not available to take all the trades. Therefore, no single trader acts on all suggested NET trades.
NET offers a range of intraday, swing and long-term IRA-type trades across multiple markets. Suggested NET options trades have scale-in entry and exit areas that vary upon market conditions such as volatility.
All NET suggestions are based on realistic entries and exits at the time. Therefore, NET does not offer an historical performance track record. A careful review of the historical charts, videos, Money Charts and student testimonials should clearly demonstrate the consistent returns of the NET trading methodology.
The NET website and introductory packages have been designed to provide a window into the various NET services to assist site visitors in learning how to trade successfully and to evaluate NET materials against other trading courses and services. And, due to regulatory requirements – the disclaimer: past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
