Can't login to the New Era Trader web site?

That's an easy fix.  In the login area under 'Forgot login' request a Password Reset.  If problems still occur, send an email to Support@NewEraTrader.com and we'll help you.

How is a New Era Trader subscription cancelled? How is a New Era Trader subscription cancelled?


New Era Trader has two subscription types, PayPal and Authorize.NET.

If you're subscription was made via PayPal, the subscription can be canceled by logging into PayPal, locating the subscription entry and canceling the subscription.

If you're subscription was made via Authorize.Net, send a 'Cancel Me' or similar email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
